Soil diatoms

This product is an industrial soil that has been obtained from the remnants of a single-celled algae called diatoms. Most of these algae habitats have been in the deep seas. The most widely used diatomaceous earth in the industry can be filtered and purified pool water, water filters, beverages including beverages, all kinds of delights and beer, all kinds of juices with the ability of diatomaceous earth to remove suspended solids and unwanted substances and also use this product in Other industries mentioned.
Diatomaceous earth is produced by calculating materials to increase the surface strength of organic matter and increase porosity in the form of calcined. In addition to increasing the porosity due to the expansion of the fossil skeleton of diatoms causes the removal of volatiles inside it and finally This soil creates suitable conditions as a filter aid in most materials. In the fluid filtration process, pH control is of particular importance, and due to the fact that diatomaceous earth has a spherical, rod or cylindrical structure and 85 to 90% of it is empty space, this high porosity has an effect on maintaining the filtration flow. In addition to compensating for the pressure drop due to cake formation in the filtration, it prevents the increase of the filtration pressure due to the density of the resulting cake and the blockage of the filtered passage pores. Other characteristics include its dry density, which is 120 to 320 kg per cubic meter and indicates its high porosity. Diatomaceous earth used for filtering materials is generally available in two forms, calcined (brick color) and calcined flux (white) and with different functions.
